Robb Warfield serves as the Superintendent of the International Schools of West Africa (ISWA), bringing over two decades of transformative leadership experience in educational environments across the United States and Africa. With degrees from Wake Forest University, including a Master’s in School Administration, Robb is currently pursuing an Ed.D. in Learning and Organizational Change from Baylor University. His deep faith in Christ shapes his approach to education, emphasizing the integration of rigorous academics and spiritual formation to develop students into thoughtful, biblically-grounded leaders. Robb has successfully founded multiple international schools, cultivated partnerships with diplomatic and global communities, and championed educational initiatives supported by major grants such as those from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Since taking over as Superintendent of Dakar Academy, Robb has established three new schools, more than doubled the number of students served, and significantly increased ISWA’s revenue. Committed to holistic, gospel-centered education, Robb continues to lead ISWA in expanding its impact throughout West Africa by establishing sustainable campuses tailored to the needs of missionary families and the local communities they serve.
